Shereé Monique Whitfield is an American reality television star and personality. Most famous for her time on Real Housewives of Atlanta, Whitfield has been around since the shows inception back in 2008. At the time that she joined the show she was newly divorced from Bob Lectress Whitfield III. Bob a former NFL star and played for the Atlanta Falcons, Jacksonville Jaguars, and New York Giants during his time in the big leagues. Bob and Shereé share a son, Kairo (born 1996), and a daughter named Kaleigh (born 1999). Shereé became a mother way earlier, however, when she was only 15. His eldest child’s name is Tierra.
Shereé divorced Bob in 2007 and kicked off her time on Real Housewives by celebrating their separation at a big party. She alleged that Bob was a serial cheater and absentee father. Rumors that he was also abusive have come up. In the time since her marriage to Bob, Shereé did not seem to date much. That was until she was paired with Tyrone Gilliams. The duo became a pair around 2012.
Tyrone is a former basketball player who played for the University of Pennsylvania. He later formed a commodities trading firm called TLG and has been known to work with hip-hop artists as a branding and promotion consultant. Gilliams is believed to have two children. The pairs union was marred by legal issues as Gilliams went to jail shortly after they met. Reports say, “Tyrone Gilliams was arrested in 2011 and sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment in 2013 for his involvement in a Ponzi scheme, which caused his investors to lose $5 million.”
The duo tried to keep things going, but Gilliams was reportedly turned off by Shereé trying to bring in camera crews to film their visits in jail. He would eventually get out during the pandemic but was placed on house arrest and could not make it out to visit Shereé. This was allegedly twisted by production to appear as Gilliams stood Sheree up for their reunion dinner when in fact he was just not allowed to leave the house. Shereé is keeping her story going by “moving on” with a new man named Martell. The duo was spotted during what appears to be a workout, pretending to not see the cameras recording them. Shereé said she met him through a mutual friend and is “enjoying life right now.”
Those who recognize Martell know that he is from another reality show, “Love & Marriage Huntsville.” Martell Holt was married to Melody Holt, but the pair separated in 2020. They had been together for 12 years and gave fans a front-row seat to the demise of their relationship while on the show. Martell had a history of cheating on Melody and kept in touch with his mistress even after his wife found out. The pair remained together because Melody got pregnant again with their fourth child. They would eventually split for good.
