Wendy Williams spent years allowing her husband, Kevin Hunter, to cheat. The couple’s unique union meant that Williams could focus on her work all day while Hunter played manager and executive producer. While Wendy was able to flaunt the dream family life, Kevin did his dirt behind the scenes, eventually resulting in him fathering a child with another woman. Despite his mistress getting a lot of flack, it turns out Hunter had other women as well.
Wendy Williams filed for divorce in 2019 after decades of marriage and one son. Williams reportedly handed Kevin his divorce papers and his pink slip on the same day, sending him packing. Hunter did not seem too phased, however, as he was able to go off and live the dream life with his lady and raise their baby together. Up until recently, he was also still pocketing money from Wendy in the form of alimony/severance pay.
Wendy Williams opened up about the split before her massive fall out of the spotlight. While she was still coherent, Williams admits that Kevin had been cheating on her pretty much since the beginning. She calls him a serial cheater and says she’s known about it all since the start but seemed to ignore it on the grounds that he never got anyone pregnant. “We were married for almost 22 years. We were together for 25 years,” Williams said. “I don’t regret the day of meeting him. I don’t regret putting up with him for all 25 years.” Williams says she was also aware of his mistress, who had been in the picture for 15 years.
Former co-workers also allege that he made advances at them too. One sued him in 2015 while he and Wendy were still “happily married.” Nicole Spence claims Kevin physically abused her as well and sued the power couple for $5 million.
Not only was Kevin getting in with the ladies, but rumors state that he also had a man on the side as well. Aveon Falstar spilled the tea to Tasha K, alleging that Kevi turned him into a “boy toy” while married to Wendy Williams. Hunter’s legal team released a statement suggesitng Aveon Falstar was attempting to extort money from him. However, the legal team never took legal action aobut Falster for making the claims.
